Healing Touch Ventures, Inc. (HTV), the parent company of Genuine shoo!TAG, offers an Affiliate Link Program. Though the program is designed especially to help animal rescues and other non-profit organizations, anyone is welcome to participate. An affiliate link can be placed on a retail website, a blog, or a personal social networking site. To be approved for the program, fill out the Application.  Submissions will be approved or denied within 10 business days.

1. Once the application has been submitted to HTV, approval or denial will take place within 10 business days.
2. Websites containing material deemed objectionable by the Distributor or the Manufacturer, Energetic Solutions, Ltd., will not be approved for an Affiliate Link. 
3. Affiliate Websites are monitored regularly.  If any objectionable material is found, the affiliate agreement can be immediately canceled and all monies earned during the current quarter will be forfeited. The Affiliate will be notified of cancellation by telephone and/or e-mail. If the objectionable material is removed, the Affiliate can be reinstated.

1. Logo Link Affiliate Logo Links are currently available to business and retail websites and are paid 15% of product sales (taxes and shipping and handling charges are excluded from commission). To get paid, the Genuine Shoo!TAG logo must appear on your website and hyper-link to http://www.GenuineShooTag.com
2. Text Link Affiliate Text Links to http://www.GenuineShooTag.com are available for business, retail, blog and social networking sites. Text Links are paid 10% of product sales (taxes and shipping and handling charges are excluded from commission).

1. Approved Affiliates can fax or mail a copy of the resale or tax certificate along with a completed W-9 form which must be updated each year and kept on file at Healing Touch Ventures, Inc.
2. Commission checks are paid quarterly on earned commissions of $30 or more. Less than $30 in commission rolls over to the next quarter and will continue to roll over through the last quarter of the year, ending December 31^st. At the end of the year, any commissions which remain under $30 will be paid during January of the following year provided the Affiliate Program is renewed by agreement of the Affiliate and HTV.

HTV reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of the Affiliate Link Program at any time.
